The data refreshes once every 15-30 seconds. The image above (when available) updates once every 10seconds. Images are actually sent from the webcam once every 5 seconds but bandwidth constraints limit how often the image can update.

When moving, the position marker is usually within 1/2 mile of where we currently are. When we are stationary (parked), it should be within a few yards.

Sometimes we may lose the GPS satellite signals (in canyons, etc) or we may not have an internet connection. At such times the position marker will display our last recorded position, which may often be in the middle of an interstate highway.
